How It Works
A clear process with honest expectations at every step. You stay in control of your accounts and your information the whole time.
You get in touch
Use the contact form to tell us your name, email, and what concerns you. Keep it brief. Please don't send passwords, ID documents, or account numbers.
We talk through your situation
We reply to learn more about your goals, such as a job search, a name change, or safety concerns, and to explain which services fit. There's no obligation at this stage.
We review what's publicly visible
With your agreement, we look at public search results, social media profiles, and data broker listings related to you. We only use publicly available information and anything you choose to share.
You receive a plain-language plan
For each item, we explain the realistic options: what may qualify for removal, what you can change yourself, and what probably can't be removed. You decide what to pursue.
We prepare and submit requests
We handle the research and paperwork for opt-outs and removal requests through each site's official process. Where a site requires you to act personally, we guide you through it step by step.
We follow up and report back
We let you know which requests were submitted, which received responses, and what remains. Responses and timelines are controlled by each site, not by us.
Personal Privacy Guidance
Reduce how much new information about you ends up online.
Cleaning up is only half of it. Our privacy guidance gives you practical habits and settings to keep your footprint smaller going forward, explained in plain language and tailored to the accounts and devices you actually use. Topics can include:
- Reviewing privacy and visibility settings on your social accounts
- Limiting what's shared publicly about your location, workplace, and family
- Spotting and closing old or unused accounts
- Basic account security, such as unique passwords and two-step verification, that you set up yourself
- Thinking before sharing personal details with apps, sign-up forms, and contests
- Keeping your information private after a move, a marriage, or a name change
Guidance is educational and general in nature. It is not legal advice or a security audit.
