Social Media Cleanup
Old posts have a way of resurfacing at the worst time. We help you find what's still public and walk you through removing or hiding it, using each platform's own tools.
What we look for
Years of activity add up. We help you review the kinds of content that tend to cause problems during a job search, a background check, or a change in public profile:
- Old posts and status updates
- Comments on other people's content
- Likes, reactions, and shares
- Photos and videos you're tagged in
- Forgotten or inactive accounts
- Public profile details and bios
- Follows, groups, and pages you joined
- Location tags and check-ins
How we help, without your password
We never ask for your login details, and you should never give them to anyone. You stay in control of your accounts the whole time.
Instead, we work from what's publicly visible and from information you choose to share with us:
Review public activity
We look at what anyone can see about your accounts and flag content worth a second look, based on what matters for your situation.
Show you the platform's own tools
Most platforms offer ways to download your data, review activity, bulk-delete or archive old posts, untag yourself, and limit past posts. We explain which ones exist for your accounts.
Guide you step by step
You make the changes yourself while we walk you through it, in a live session or with written instructions, whichever you prefer.
Handle what you can't delete yourself
For content someone else posted about you, we help you use the platform's reporting or removal request process where your situation may qualify.
Before you delete anything
Deleting content from a platform doesn't always remove every copy. Screenshots, reposts, archive services, and search engine caches may keep older versions visible for a while. We'll tell you where that's likely, and whether our search results service could help with what remains.
We also recommend downloading a copy of your data before deleting anything, so you keep your own records.
